The concept drawing below shows the most current drawings by the architect for building one. The concept is to create a building that looks like the original style and era of Lucas when it was founded. This building has three options that were drawn to depict an old country store. The final plan may vary.

The concepts below are the original concepts for the property. As you can see from the concept above we are now considering even an earlier era than the concepts below . For our concept, we had chosen an architecture style that immediately evokes the charisma of an old country downtown. Family-friendly shopping, restaurants and a view of the lake will make this a wonderful place for families to spend a day or an evening. The final plan may vary.
